DAY 1: CASABLANCA → RABAT

Welcome to Morocco! Your 10-day grand tour begins with a warm meet-and-greet at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca. Your first stop is the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, an architectural marvel famous for its intricate tilework, exquisite marble carvings, and its dramatic position right on the edge of the ocean.

Next, the drive takes you to the vibrant capital city of Rabat. Here, you will explore the historic Hassan Tower and soak in the fascinating atmosphere of the Oudayas Kasbah, gaining your first insights into Morocco’s rich heritage. At the end of the day, you will be dropped off at your accommodation in Rabat to relax and prepare for the adventures ahead.

DAY 2: RABAT → CHEFCHAOUEN

After a delightful breakfast, you will depart for Chefchaouen, the captivating "Blue City" tucked away in the Rif Mountains. The scenic drive features a beautiful tapestry of rolling hills and charming countryside.

Upon arriving and checking into your riad, the rest of the day is yours to explore the city's signature maze of blue-washed streets. Wander through the narrow alleys of the medina, browse the vibrant souks for unique local handicrafts, and relax at a picturesque cafe to indulge in authentic Moroccan cuisine. DAY 3: CHEFCHAOUEN → VOLUBILIS → MEKNES → FES

Rise and shine for a delicious breakfast before embarking on a picturesque drive through the idyllic Rif villages. Your first destination is Volubilis, a remarkably well-preserved ancient Roman city dating back to the 3rd century. Walk among the grand public buildings and intricate mosaics to get a glimpse into the lives of the Romans who once ruled this area.

Next, the route leads to Meknes, the 17th-century imperial capital of Morocco. After recharging with a local lunch, you will explore the ancient walled medina, stand before the breathtaking Bab el Mansour gate, and visit the sacred Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. The day concludes with a drive to Fes, where you will check into a splendid riad for a restful night.

DAY 4: DISCOVER THE CHARM OF FES ON A GUIDED TOUR

Today is dedicated entirely to uncovering the historical and cultural treasures of Fes with the help of a knowledgeable local guide. The adventure begins at the ornate golden gates of the Royal Palace.

You will then step into the labyrinthine streets of the old Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Highlights of the tour include the prestigious Al-Qarawiyyin University, the exquisite Al-Attarine Madrasa, the beautifully carved Nejjarine Fountain, and the iconic Chouara Tanneries. You will also explore the Mellah (the historic Jewish quarter) to learn about the community's profound contributions to the city. The tour wraps up at an ancient fortress, providing stunning panoramic views over the sprawling medina, before you return to your riad for the evening.

DAY 5: FES → IFRANE → MIDDLE ATLAS MOUNTAINS → ZIZ VALLEY → MERZOUGA DESERT

After a lunch break on the road, the journey follows the spectacular Ziz Valley, an immense gorge filled with lush palm oases. You will pause on a high ridge to watch a breathtaking sunset before arriving at your luxury desert camp. DAY 6: IMMERSIVE EXPLORATION OF THE MERZOUGA DESERT

Today is an adventure-filled exploration of the region. You will visit the village of Khamlia to experience the soulful melodies of Gnawa music, performed by locals whose heritage traces back to Sub-Saharan Africa. Next, go off-road to M'Fis to explore the abandoned galena mines, tracing the footsteps of historic miners. DAY 7: MERZOUGA DESERT → RISSANI → TODRA GORGE → DADES GORGE

After breakfast, the westward journey begins with a stop in Rissani to explore its vibrant traditional market (which is especially bustling on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).

Continuing on, prepare to be amazed by the towering sheer cliffs of the Todra Gorge. You will have time to walk alongside the magnificent river, taking in the breathtaking scale of the canyon walls. The scenic drive then enters the lush Dades Valley, where you will stop to photograph the extraordinary "monkey fingers" rock formations. The day concludes as you check into your hotel, offering a tranquil haven for the night.

DAY 8: DADES GORGE → OUARZAZATE → AIT BEN HADDOU → HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS → MARRAKECH

Today's drive takes you to Ouarzazate, the "Gateway to the Desert" and the "Hollywood of Africa." Here, you have the option to visit the massive Atlas Studios to step into the world of Moroccan moviemaking.

Next, you will explore the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. DAY 9: GUIDED TOUR OF MARRAKECH
